Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to be part of our team at a global fintech company. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase sales, playing a key role in the company's growth in the global market. You will communicate with customers, offer them the right solutions and build long-term relationships to strengthen the company's position.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Active sales of the company's products and services to existing and potential clients ;  
  • Searching for and attracting new clients, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with current clients;  
  • Conducting presentations and negotiations, preparation of commercial proposals;  
  • Fulfillment of sales plans and increase in sales volume within the assigned territory or segment;  
  • Maintaining sales reports, analyzing the market and competitive environment ;  
  • Consulting customers on products, assisting in choosing optimal solutions ;  
  • Participation in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.  

Requirements:  

  • Experience in sales from 3 years ;  
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and negotiate ;  
  • Active life position, result orientation and perseverance in achieving goals ;  
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian language.  

Conditions:  

  • Work schedule: Full-time, 5/2 ;  
  • Eight-hour working day;  
  • Comfortable office at the address: Burgas, Dame Gruev str. 8, et.3 ;
