We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at an international fintech company. In this role, you will develop and execute customer acquisition and sales strategies, playing a key role in the company's growth in the global market. You'll be connecting with customers, offering solutions they really need, and building long-term relationships by helping them
Main responsibilities:
- Active sales of the company's products and services to existing and potential customers;
- Searching for and attracting new customers, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with current ones;
- Conducting presentations and negotiations, preparing commercial offers;
- Fulfillment of sales plans and increase of sales volume within the assigned territory or segment;
- Maintaining sales reports, analyzing the market and competitive environment;
- Advising clients on products, assisting them in choosing the best solutions;
- Participation in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and negotiate;
- Active life position, result orientation and perseverance in achieving goals;
- Knowledge of Bulgarian and Russian language.
Conditions:
- Work schedule: Full-time, 5/2;
- Eight-hour working day;
- Comfortable office at the address: Burgas, Dame Gruev str. 8, et.3 ;
- Salary is discussed at the interview;
