We carry out processing of personal data of the User by any means for the purpose of the proper provision of services to the User (identification, authentication, authorization, password recovery, sending information materials by subscription to the User, answering their requests and letters, as well as for other actions necessary for the proper provision of services by the Service). 

1.4. Processing of Personal Data includes any action and/or set of actions related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and distribution (distribution, realization, transfer), deletion of Personal Data of the User in order to ensure the operation of the Services of the Website.

3. Why do we collect this information?

3.1 We collect and use your information to help Jobseekers find jobs and Employers find candidates. In addition, we provide you with Services and enhance them. Thus, we use your Personal Information, if applicable, for the following purposes:

- to set up your account and to sign you up for job postings or other promotional materials;

- to provide you with relevant search results and job recommendations;

- to allow easier communication during the job search, job application and interview process;

- to allow third parties access to your CV, subject to your privacy preferences (e.g. public access to CVs);

- to match job applicants and job postings; 

- to deal with fraud, spam and other potentially fraudulent or illegal activities;

- to simplify the payment of fees;

- to implement automated processing for the provision of Services; 

- to improve our Services, maintain product quality and protect users.

4. Who and when the information is provided to?

4.1. We make every effort to ensure that the information you provide to us is used for the purposes specified on our Website (to remain confidential). We use anonymised data for the purpose of providing targeted promotional and/or informative material by age, gender and other information; for statistical research; and for any other purpose that is consistent with the purpose of our business. 

4.2. Your information can be disclosed to the following: 

- Employers and Jobseekers (for example, if a Jobseeker chooses to apply for a vacancy); 

- to third party service providers who assist us with our business operations, for example, in relation to data storage or fraud detection.

4.3. We also reserve the right to transfer the personal data, the database containing the User's personal data, in whole or in part to third parties without notification to the User in the following cases: to persons in whose custody, possession or ownership the Service is transferred; to persons who are related/affiliated to the owner; to the new owner and/or owner of the Service for processing for the purpose provided for in this Agreement; to other Users of the Services (both individuals and legal entities) if the relevant functionality is provided on the Service and it does not contradict the provisions of applicable law.

5. How long do we keep your information?

5.1. We include your data in the databases of personal data of Website users from the moment when the User first starts using the Service, as well as permanently for the whole period during which the User uses any Service. The period for which data is stored is the period you are using any Service. In some cases, we are also required to retain certain information after your use of our Services ends, in accordance with local law.

6. What rights do you have in relation to Personal Data?

6.1. The data subject has all rights to the protection of their personal data under applicable UK law.

6.2. the data subject has the right: 

6.2.1. to know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data and the purposes for which they are processed;

6.3. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data or any part of it, and its privacy settings, by using the edit and customise access to personal information, and request that we completely remove his account and all personal data from the Website's database. The collection of the User's personal data will cease at the User's request and any saved data of the User collected prior to the request will be deleted.

6.4. If it is not possible to delete/modify personal data on its own, the User may contact the Customer Support Team on the Website. 

7. Final provisions

7.1. Processing of Personal Data takes place in data centres which house the equipment enabling the Services. We take all measures stipulated by law to protect Personal Data of the User, in particular the processing of Personal Data is carried out on equipment maintained in secured premises with restricted access. 

7.2. We have the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. In this case all changes will be published on the Website and will be binding on the User after 3 days from the date of such publication.
