We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at an international fintech company. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract clients and increase sales, playing a key role in the company’s growth in the global market. You will engage with clients, offer tailored solutions to meet their needs, and build long-term relationships, strengthening the company’s position and
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively selling company products and services to existing and potential clients;
- Identifying and attracting new clients, while maintaining long-term relationships with current ones;
- Conducting presentations and negotiations, preparing commercial proposals;
- Meeting sales targets and increasing sales volumes within the assigned territory or segment;
- Maintaining sales reports, analyzing the market, and monitoring the competitive environment;
- Advising clients on products and assisting them in choosing optimal solutions;
- Participating in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience;
- Excellent communication skills, persuasion, and negotiation abilities;
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and persistence in achieving goals;
- Proficiency in Polish B2, English B2.
Conditions:
- Work schedule: Full-time, 5/2;
- Comfortable office located at CZECHOWICKA Str. 4, Warszawa, Masovian Voivodeship;;
- Salary to be discussed during the interview;
- Performance-based bonuses.
