Job Description
We are looking for a sales manager who will become part of our team in an international fintech company. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase sales, playing a key role in the company's growth in the global market. You have to communicate with customers, offer solutions that they really need, and build long-term relationships, helping to strengthen the position of our company and demonstrate its innovative approach to financial technology.
Main responsibilities:
- Active sales of the company's products and services to existing and potential customers;
- Finding and attracting new customers, as well as maintaining long-term relationships with current ones;
- Conducting presentations and negotiations, preparing commercial offers;
- Implementation of sales plans and increase in sales within a fixed territory or segment;
- Sales reporting, market and competitive environment analysis;
- Advising customers on products, helping to choose the best solutions;
- Participation in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- Work experience from 3 years;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade and negotiate;
- Active life position, focus on results and perseverance in achieving goals;
- Languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian
Conditions:
- Work schedule: Full-time, 5/2;
- Working day 9:00 to 17:00;
- Comfortable office - 5 minutes from Taras Shevchenko metro station;
- Salary: probationary period - 500 USD per month;
- Bonuses by results
